We were understanding each other at this point. We believed we could rely on each other, and we showed up for each other. Your mom had went under a hard medical condition and we had no idea what the future held. I Had just returned from watching my father be brought back to life multiple times in one sitting, so I thought there was no way I wanted you to go through that alone. if we didn’t trauma bond before, we definitely did now. But we still knew how to cheer each other up and be present for each other even during times of turmoil. It showed me I was right to believe you would absolutely be the person that I would want to EXPERIENCE the rest of my life with not just live.
